Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all hoodies, leavers hoodies, and graduation attire supplied by us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is written in accordance with UK and EU consumer and business regulations.

1. Customised Products

Most of our products are made to order and customised specifically for your organisation, including personalised names, logos, colours, or designs.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or produced incorrectly.

2. Non-Customised / Standard Products

Non-customised or standard stock items may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
– Items must be returned in original packaging.
– Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

3. Graduation Attire – Hire Items

Graduation attire hired from us (including gowns, mortarboards, and accessories) must be returned by the agreed return date.

Late returns, missing items, or items returned in an unacceptable condition may result in additional charges.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence may be required.

5. Incorrect Sizes

Responsibility for providing correct sizes rests with the customer. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for sizing errors where items have been produced according to the sizes provided.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be completed.

8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. However, we will assist in resolving delivery-related issues wherever possible.

9. EU & UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law. Business-to-business (B2B) orders may have different rights compared to consumer orders.
